About me

I am a licensed psychological psychotherapist specialising in cognitive behavioural therapy, a coach, and hold a doctoral degree (Dr. rer. medic.) from Charité Berlin.

My work is grounded in the belief that people deserve to be understood and supported within the context of their lived experience -  not reduced to a diagnosis, but seen as individuals with unique histories, strengths, and challenges. I am committed to fostering an open and de-stigmatised understanding of mental health as an integral part of overall well-being.

My approach is evidence-based, practical, and transparent, with the aim of making meaningful change both attainable and sustainable in everyday life.

Clinical & international experience

In addition to my clinical work at Charité Berlin, I have spent the last ten years working as a mental health expert with the World Health Organization (WHO) in the Department of Mental Health and Substance Use. In this role,  I coordinate international projects focused on reducing stigma and discrimination and develop trainings and guidance for promoting mental health across the globe.
