Psychotherapy

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for self-paying clients and those covered by a German private health insurance

There are moments when life simply feels heavier. Everyday tasks take more energy, motivation drops, and things that once brought joy start to feel senseless. Worries become harder to quiet, anxiety influences daily decisions, and periods of stress, loss or feeling off-balance can leave you struggling and overwhelmed. These experiences are challenging - and often a sign that professional support could be helpful.

Therapy opens up a space to slow down and make sense of what is happening. Together, we look at what feels most difficult right now, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and work toward changes that bring clarity and relief.

As a licensed psychotherapist specialising in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), I have extensive experience working with depression, anxiety, adjustment disorders, as well as  individuals navigating life crises, grief or periods of sustained stress.

My therapeutic approach is both evidence-based and tailored to the individual: in addition to classical CBT, I integrate elements of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Schema Therapy, and systemic methods - drawing on whichever tools and perspectives best support meaningful, practical change for each individual.

- Depression

- Anxiety

- Panic

- Life crises

- Burnout

- Grief

Coaching

Life and Business Coaching – evidence-based, practical, and action-oriented

Coaching can provide meaningful guidance and support when you are seeking change and growth without a mental health condition being the main concern. Many people experience periods in which professional demands increase, maintaining a healthy work–life balance becomes challenging, or significant life transitions call for renewed clarity and direction. Perfectionism, difficulties setting boundaries, or low self-esteem can add further strain - while also offering important starting points for personal development and growth.

Using evidence-based psychological methods and practical, action-oriented interventions, coaching aims to build insight into your behavioral and emotional patterns and to develop effective strategies, and support concrete steps that enhance resilience, strengthen self-efficacy, ease decision-making, and create a lasting, noticeable improvement in overall well-being.

Common focus areas include:

- Work–life balance
- Burnout prevention
- Stress management
- Procrastination
- Resilience
- Self-esteem
- Conflict resolution skills
- Decision-making
