About me
I am a licensed psychological psychotherapist specialising in cognitive behavioural therapy, a coach, and hold a doctoral degree (Dr. rer. medic.) from Charité Berlin.
My work is grounded in the belief that people deserve to be understood and supported within the context of their lived experience - not reduced to a diagnosis, but seen as individuals with unique histories, strengths, and challenges.
Through my own international work, I have gained extensive experience supporting people navigating complex personal and professional circumstances, as well as life across different countries, cultures, and environments. This includes expats, individuals with international backgrounds, entrepreneurs, and people in leadership roles.
My approach is evidence-based, practical, and transparent, with the aim of making meaningful change both attainable and sustainable in everyday life.
Clinical & international experience
I completed my clinical training and worked as a psychotherapist at Charité Berlin. In addition, I have spent more than ten years working in the field of mental health with the World Health Organization (WHO), currently at the WHO Regional Office for Europe in Athens.
In this role, I coordinate international projects focused on reducing stigma and discrimination, develop mental health trainings for a range of stakeholders across the health sector, and contribute to guidance and policy development in the field of mental health.

Workshops & Publications
I also deliver workshops on topics such as burnout prevention and stress management, facilitate team development days and retreats in clinical and corporate settings, provide expert interviews for podcasts, and am the
(co-)author of numerous scientific publications.
